1.   Mug's comments about BH are racist (Mug will understanbly deny as most racist don't even realize that they are racist).

2.   He is also homophobic (and if I were you I would keep a record of his/her homophobic and racist comments as they can more likely than not come back to bite him/her).  Actually, I hope that Mug is a agency manager and it would be even better if Mug was an agency attorney that dealt with personnel issues, that would be a dream come true.

3.  Mug states that filing requesting official time is a waste of taxpayers money, however, it is an even bigger waste of taxpayers money for him/her to be surfing this board while DRAWING the taxpayers money.

4.  I did my own private little research and MUG is for a FACT an employee drawing a taxpayer supported check while surfing this and (another board).  This was easy to find out and with a little extra research I will find out what agency and when I do I will report his extra-cirricular activity to my congressperson and his/her agency.

BTW MUG:
These are the only reasons an Agency EEO Officer can dismiss your claim
Nowhere does it state that a supervisisor have the right to dismiss a claim.

Section 1614.107(a) sets out the circumstances under which an agency may dismiss a complaint. An agency's authority to dismiss a complaint ends when a complainant requests a hearing. An agency should process dismissals expeditiously.

This is a good example of Federal Government Officer’s behavior and language.

Folks, that is why in this world, we have so many hate and war.

Mr. Mug, you only can do it to me-small chick, why do not you try once to our President. You will be famous all over the world.

We will see one day, your true face will show out. I also can image people work for you live what kind of life.

What you did and said only can shame on yourself and Federal Government System.

I do not mind encourage you toss your words to EEOC, we will see what gonna happen.

My little peak hit a big fish-Mr. Mug-you show up the darkness exists in Federal Agency.

The end.

 I firmly believe

 Wolf is coming.
