BCBS Basic & Medicare

   I have Medicare parts A&B as my primary & BCBS Standard as my secondary.  If I switch to BCBS Basic as my secondary will I have to pay copayments even though I have Medicare as my primary?  Will I also be limited as to what doctors I use even though I have Medicare as my primary?  If Medicare is my primary can I feel free to choose any FEHB plan and be covered 100%?
