I believe there is a statement in the Keystone Program site that states Industrial Specialist
(series 1150) as well as Quality Assurance Specialist (series 1910) both do NOT require a college degree - in order to enter into the Keystone Program. Is this true ? If so - where is this statement - I need to SEE it. Thank You. |

You can start as a GS-3 with one year of college under the SCEP program.
See http://www.dcma.mil/careers/SCEP/scep_qualifications.cfm Good Luck! |

Does anyone have information on applying to the Keystone program? The webite says to email David Andersen, which I have, but I wasn't sure if there were any other steps in the process?
