My job transferred me (not my choice). The problem is I'm a weekender in the air national guard. As a federal gov employee, is work obligated at all to help me get to my guard unit?
There are no close by guard units (hey I live in the boonies of northwestern WY) and I'm now an 8 hour drive to my current unit. So transferring to another unit is not a choice. |

No they are not. Its your choice, if you want to be in the Guard.
If you are a Mil Tech, then the Guard would help you out. |

You can pull drill at any Guard unit if Commanders agree on it.
