   Well, Ogden has spoken. I was not selected to be a member of the tribe -- this time around. I'm still in category A, so here's looking forward to the February 2010 hiring cycle.

NOTICE OF RESULTS

Thank you for your interest in employment with the Internal Revenue Service as a Revenue Officer, GS-1169-7.  The selection process for June 2009 has been completed. 

We will be opening a new external vacancy announcement for the Revenue Officer position on August 10, 2009.  This announcement will be used to fill vacancies for February 2010.  The announcement will be available at  www.usajobs.gov.

	Did you apply for the June hire date? The email is for the June hire date, not the August hire date. I received the same email, but I have a firm offer for August hire date. Don't give up yet!!!

	Hello. What position did you apply for? Is the announcement still posted, because I'd like to see it for informational purposes only. 	Just found out this morning that all offers went out for my POD, but I also found out that I did very well in the interview and do not have to do anything else but reapply. Hopefully all the people who did not get offers for August will join us on this thread and apply for February. It's a little bit away, but time goes quickly.

After my interview. I received a call from Ogden requesting my transcript. I'm assuming that don't need that just to tell me that they are not interested. I guess I will have to wait and see.

	Good luck, hope you get in for August, I think tomorrow is the last day for any offers. If not, join us and apply for February.

	Still not word on the status of my interview. I just hope I was recommended. I will be applying until IRS stop posting announcements.

	i was able to find out i passed my interview. i emailed ogden and was surprised that they gave me my results. hopefully, we will all get in this time.

	Who interviewed and passed for the August hire? What was your interview rank, Highly recommended, recommended, etc.
